Kayfa wa-in yathharoo AAalaykumla yarquboo feekum illan wala thimmatan yurdoonakumbi-afwahihim wata/ba quloobuhum waaktharuhum fasiqoon

15. وَأَكْثَرُهُمْwa-aktharuhumand most of them
16. فَـٰسِقُونَfāsiqūna(are) defiantly disobedient
