كُنتُمْ خَيْرَ أُمَّةٍ أُخْرِجَتْ لِلنَّاسِ تَأْمُرُونَ بِٱلْمَعْرُوفِ وَتَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ ٱلْمُنكَرِ وَتُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ ۗ وَلَوْ ءَامَنَ أَهْلُ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ لَكَانَ خَيْرًۭا لَّهُم ۚ مِّنْهُمُ ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ وَأَكْثَرُهُمُ ٱلْفَـٰسِقُونَ ١١٠

كلمة بكلمة
- كُنتُمْkuntumYou are
- خَيْرَkhayra(the) best
- أُمَّةٍummatin(of) people
- أُخْرِجَتْukh'rijatraised
- لِلنَّاسِlilnnāsifor the mankind
- تَأْمُرُونَtamurūnaenjoining
- بِٱلْمَعْرُوفِbil-maʿrūfithe right
- وَتَنْهَوْنَwatanhawnaand forbidding
- عَنِʿani[from]
- ٱلْمُنكَرِl-munkarithe wrong
- وَتُؤْمِنُونَwatu'minūnaand believing
- بِٱللَّهِ ۗbil-lahiin Allah

- وَأَكْثَرُهُمُwa-aktharuhumubut most of them
- ٱلْفَـٰسِقُونَl-fāsiqūna(are) defiantly disobedient
